Growth Into Learning
When GoSkills set out to evolve into a Product-Led Growth (PLG) company, design became the key driver. This wasn’t about fixing problems, it was about unlocking scale, creating experiences that pulled learners in, and showing value instantly. As Creative Director, I led the design of the platform that would transform GoSkills from a respected course provider into a growth engine for learners and businesses worldwide.

From Courses as Products to Growth as the Product. GoSkills’ evolution wasn’t only about fixing what was broken, it was about changing what success looked like.
That meant design needed to do more than look good, it had to drive growth. Admins and learners had to feel value from the very first click, find motivation in every interaction, and see a clear path forward without ever feeling overwhelmed.
Through data analysis, heuristic reviews, and close collaboration with the team, I began to map the key moments that could transform the platform into a growth engine. Onboarding was reimagined to be frictionless, showing new users small wins within minutes. Dashboards were designed not as static reports, but as motivating stories of progress, encouraging learners to take one more step. Course discovery shifted from being a scroll of endless options to a guided journey, highlighting the right course at the right time.
By designing around these pivotal moments, we created a product that didn’t push people to engage, but naturally pulled them in, showed them their own success, and kept them moving forward.

Designing the Full Journey: From Discovery to Mastery
Every learner’s journey starts with a search. But at GoSkills, discovery needed to feel more than just functional, it had to feel guided. Early pitches focused on how categories, filters, and recommendations could help learners find the right course faster. Instead of dropping users into an endless catalog, the design began shaping pathways, turning exploration into the first step of learning.
Once inside a course, the design challenge shifted. Wireframes mapped out how lessons, tests, and achievements could be structured so that learners always felt forward motion. Progress wasn’t hidden in a tab — it was woven into the flow, with every checkpoint nudging the learner toward the next step.

With the foundation set, the final design stitched the journey together, from the moment of discovery to the moment of mastery. Dashboards celebrated progress, recommendations felt personal, and achievements became milestones in a bigger story. What started as finding a course evolved into a guided, motivating journey of growth.

From Learners to Leaders: Designing for Business Growth
As GoSkills evolved, the story also needed to evolve, shifting from a learner-first narrative to one that spoke directly to businesses. This meant repositioning the brand from selling individual courses to selling experiences that scale skills across entire organizations. I designed more than ten new pages to lead this transformation, shaping a clear journey for companies: from discovering how GoSkills could engage their teams, to exploring tailored solutions for industries, to seeing proof through awards and success stories. The design no longer just celebrated individual learners, it showcased how GoSkills could help businesses learn, grow, and perform together.

Over the course of five years at GoSkills, I had the privilege of shaping nearly every aspect of the company’s growth through design. From building business administration tools that kept operations running smoothly, to crafting seamless learner experiences, to designing admin management systems and reporting dashboards that empowered decision-making , my work touched every corner of the platform. What began as individual projects grew into a holistic design journey, one that helped GoSkills evolve into an award-winning EdTech brand recognized worldwide.
